The woman behind Creative Brain
It took living in 8, and working in over 40 countries, collaborating with +90 nationalities, to realise true depths of intercultural communication and the science of adaptability. I intend to transform the Talent Industry.
From early on, my age was enough to question my skills, my gender was enough to question my leadership potential, my origin was enough to get categorised as a production worker, and a lack of a fancy school name or a specific job title on my resume was supposed to hinder my access to opportunities.
Whenever they closed the door, I found a window; or a vent! I took a journey against social preconceptions.
Having identified my Purpose, I have dedicated the past 10 years to broadly understood Talent Development, specialising in soft-skill development, future potential assessment and strategic growth planning.
Our brains change every second, with every experience that we have; excluding the personal experiences in assessing leadership skillsets and focusing on professional development in a silo prevents us from creating more equitable world of opportunities.
